Annual Reports

SEF 's Annual Report to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission provides a review of SEF activities and includes the Independent Auditor's Report as an appendix. The report details many of the general areas presented in the Annual Plan with a focus on accomplishments, works-in-progress, and financing.
