FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: The Sustainable Energy Fund becomes a founding member of The Clean Energy States Alliance 2/9/04 Allentown, PA - Tom Tuffey, of the Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF), announced today that SEF is a founding member of the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA). CESA is a collaborative effort of the 17 clean energy funds from 12 states dedicated to expanding the use of clean energy. CESA member organizations collectively manage $3.5 billion for clean energy related projects and technologies. CESA provides an opportunity for the various state funds to share information and program learning; it is also active in organizing collective initiatives that leverage resources in such areas as fuel cell purchasing, consumer education, wind power development, and green/smart building technologies. Funding is available to those who comply with SEF objectives, which include the use of renewable energy resources, clean energy technology, energy efficiency projects or energy conservation.
